I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and have an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver. It was here that I began to focus on understanding the intersection between the biological, cultural, social and environmental factors that make us who we are.

I have spent the past 15 years working as a school psychologist with students from pre-k through age 21. My experience in the schools has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges children encounter in their educational journey. I am passionate about advocating for students and helping them reach their full potential
