My passion and life’s work has focused on supporting children and families in helping them to achieve more effective, productive, and successful lives.

I have a varied and extensive background providing interventions, support, and instruction to children with significant behavioral challenges. I began the journey of serving children and families while in graduate school, working in residential treatment facilities. My work moved into public education with Poudre School District, where I worked for 30 years; serving as an Integrated Services, (Special Education) teacher, a General Education teacher and most recently, as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) supporting and coordinating programming and interventions for students with Serious Emotional Disabilities. I prioritize the steps of establishing a strong rapport with children and families, assessing needs, and developing interventions that are research-based and effective. In partnership with the family, we can provide effective interventions to meet the child’s social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs. Increasing children’s success leads to more peaceful, harmonious, and functional families.

I am excited to partner with you to bring about the changes you seek!
